They took my money for a replacement screen and said it will arrive in 2 days. Replacement did not arrive, attendant won't call owner of the business because he won't answer, attendant does not know when the part will arrive. Attendant advised I can refund your deposit, I said I don't want a refund I want my phone fixed. Basically one day in 2023 the part will arrive.
the time is 2.46 pm on wed the 1 of march the young asian lady was very rude for no reason . my family and friends bought many items from you . but no more . i reported her to centre management . and john from there was a good listener . i will tell people in the area not to do business here anymore . your loss learn how to treat your customers with manners . i hope the owner addresses the issue with this rude young lady .
Erica was very helpful and friendly. He helped me set up my new iPhone and transferred all the info from my very old iPhone 6 onto it. Can highly recommend him. Great price too.
Received phone back with numerous scratches. Incredibly frustrating
Currently taking these guys to consumer affairs, would not recommend whatsoever.
