I was at Dr. Phone in the Valley Mall in Hagerstown this morning and I was happy to be met by Tariq. He showed me great professionalism and expertise in dealing with cell phone issues. Within minutes he was able to identify my problem and fixed my issue of having a useless phone that wouldn't allow me to call or text. Worked with Geylani on a phone screen repair. 15 minutes later was done with impeccable service.
I left my phone at Dr. Fix on a Saturday evening at 7:07 PM with a broken screen and a good amount of water in it. I pick it up at about 8:15-8:20 PM. Even though he likes to live work at 8, he really took his time to dry it up and then to let it cool down before turning it on and also warned me from the very beginning that the phone could stop working after the job would be done. IMPECCABLE. 🤝
