Brought in my Pixel 7 Pro with a dead screen after my dumb butt managed to drop it perfectly front-side down on gravel. There was no saving the display, and I needed to get all my photos and work files off it, but didn't want to pay Google's prices. Also had a deadline I had to meet at work. Pixel 7 Pro isn't the most popular phone any more, but he managed to pull off a miracle and find a refurbed screen that worked perfectly within a few days, and gave me a fair price. Can't ask for better service than that.
Nobody was there had to wait just about an hour and a half
Fixed my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Gentleman was very transparent with service. Would recommend anyone who doesn’t have insurance through via phone carrier or Apple etc. Literally fixed my phone in 25mins btw. Edit: 6 months later, 2nd trip for the same reason lol. Again insane customer service. Took good care of me. Fixed my screen in 15 minutes. His warranty is gold too.
