i would give zero stars if i could, i went to get my battery replaced and had booked ahead and was given a quote of 99 dollars for the battery replacement and a time frame of an hour. i went in and she held my phone for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS so i had to cancel all of my plans to accommodate this. then after i got it picked up my invoice says she charged me ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY NINE dollars on top of the phone battery to replace my screen with a knock off because she broke my screen. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
