Dr. Phone was so helpful. I thought that I was going to loose everything on my phone. My phone company “repaired” my phone, only for the repair to cause more damage. Then my phone company replaced the phone, however because of the amount of damage done during the “repair” to my very broken original phone, I wasn’t able to transfer anything from my original phone to the new phone.(yes, I know iCloud is an option.
