Very honest , saved money
Fixed my phone, thought it's not fixable
Great experience! My elderly mother dropped her iPhone and cracked the screen, or so we thought. It looked pretty bad. She stopped in at Dr. Phone and was immediately greeted with kindness. The honest gentleman working the store examined her phone and demonstrated that only the tempered glass screen protector was broken. He replaced it with a new, fitted protector for a very reasonable $20, installation included. Highly recommend this shop. Pleasant and easy interaction. In less than 30 minutes, or in the time to run out and grab a bite to eat, my screen was replaced.
Amazing service this guy is top notch and knows what he is doing. Ive came to him twice over a broken phone and he gets it repaired very quickly and is very kind and respectful. He has been very consistent over the years with his service.
