Early in 2025 my wife’s iPhone which was in perfect condition did a update and after that was a white screen permanently - we finally started looking around getting quotes from literally every phone repair shop in Beckley and surrounding and this is the only location that quoted the cheapest, said they could fix it within just an hour and threw in a screen protector. Super professionals ,will use them again if I ever have a cell phone issue.
My son broke his iPad screen yesterday.. I called Dr. Phone this morning and he was able to replace it today! He basically spent his entire day fixing it due to a compatibility issue.. but he didn’t stop until he did! Incredibly reasonable pricing too!! I will be recommending Dr. Phone to anybody that needs a screen fixed!

I have taken several phones to Dr Phone and always efficient and fast service! Always very kind even when busy. A problem my cell carrier couldn't fix yesterday he could!! Very very helpful! I would recommend above all!!
