The 'office manager' was very unprofessional and didn't know much about the doctors or practice and was generally rude. It was very difficult to reach the office and make an appointment. I wouldn't recommend this practice.
Dr Nguyen was very thorough took the time to listen.I also had a procedure done by Dr she gave me the results and was exactly as the pathology report a few days later. Great office and will definitely keep going to this office
Dr. Nguyen is an outstanding physician with an impeccable bedside manner. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful and kind. The routine screening procedure was quick and painless with an easy recovery. Highly recommend.
Just getting ready to schedule my 3rd appointment for procedure, over the last 10 plus years, and Dr Nguyen is very through. She is also very personable and cares about her patient's well being
Had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Nguyen recently. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very thorough. I would recommend her to anyone. Office staff were also helpful and quick to respond.
Have had 2 endoscopies done by Dr. Nguyen. Satisfied with all aspects. She and her staff treated me in a professional manner, answering all my questions.
Very poor service !!! Doctors and accouters are sending bills that can't explain the numbers. You go there they charge you and after the visit you get magic bill. When you call them and ask explanation doctor says that you are not longer my patient. Absolutely ridiculous i think they have to take the license from this place. How come that you could say: you are not my patient if you are not agree with that magic bill. Stay away from this doctor and office and doctor ! ! !
Do not go to this place ! Do not waste your time! Really unprofessional doctor! Office is sending you unfair bills after visit! Doctor did not do anything at the time of visit but decided to send an extra bill.
Very unprofessional and responsible doctor. The whole office is a complete lie. Receptionists including managers hanging upon you! Sending you extra bills for something that was not performed! When I asked why the bill was that high they said the doctor "felt" like this is the price! Do not go ever there! When they are saying at the beginning that consultation is 200$ they are lying!
