I attended the ribbon cutting ceremony / tour and was very impressed. Went tonight to see Phantom of the Opera and was blown away by not just the performance but of this awesome facility. Finally Orlando has a great place for great performances. I will definitely be back for more shows!
Really nice complex. Good view of the stage from every seat. Auditorium seemed sold out but flow in and out was easy and fast. Staff was very nice. Looking foward to going back.
Unfortunately, my experience thus far has been horrible. Attempted to purchase concert tickets this morning and after registering, selecting and reserving decent seats, my tickets vanished from my cart when I went to purchase them. Now I'm left with worse seats at the same price! Attempted to call the box office but the wait time was over 60 minutes. Now I'm just waiting to see if Mr. Mark Smith, box office manager, will return my call.
So excited... our first visit at opening night of Phantom of the Opera! A Wonderful production! The new DPCPA is so open, modern and grand!! A beautiful venue!! Can't wait to go back!
Had the treat of seeing "Clare and the Chocolate Nutcracker" with SavionGlover. Along with enjoying the overall architecture of the building and the show, was the friendly staff. I would love to return again for Swan Lake and Alton Brown Live
