Stellar customer service. Had obstructed view for the Joe Bonamassa concert last night. Exchanged them for balcony seats. Awesomeness.
This is a great Arts center. Looking forward to seeing more plays, musicals, and concerts.

First Beautiful! Second, I loved the acoustics For those visiting, these tidbits may help. 1) park, don't valet, you'll never get out of there. You be on you feel standing in line longer than if you walk to the numerous parking garages cleverly hidden on adjacent blocks. 2) Smartphone Scan Tickets vs. Printed Tickets, they do NOT have a way to scan tickets...print or you'll be going to will call 3) drinks are allowed in theater 4) you can order drinks ahead of time via an app & they will be waiting for you so you can avoid t... read more
