Just had the worst experience ordering tickets for a show coming up next year. After an hour and a half of frustration, 21 phone calls and speaking to a manager in Membership Sales, we finally have tickets. If it wasn't a show that we really wanted to see, I would never spend another dime at this venue. Barely an apology but she did get it booked for us.

I attended my 3rd concert last night (The Doobie Brothers) and really enjoyed the show. Your venue is nothing but first class. I use to go to Ruth Eckerd in Clearwater for a lot of concerts but I will come over here from now on. One suggestion I would like to make is why don't you let everyone in lobby areas know about 10 minutes before the show starts that way they could head to there seats.
I saw Doobie Brothers on 11/16. The concert was awesome. A beautiful facility with a great staff. The sound effects were phenomenal.
Helpful, efficient staff, excellent stadium seating providing good visibility from anywhere, good sound system, and a full bar. What more could you ask?
