Whoever the little lady is that, i believe, was the superviser of the ushers.... i want to say thank you so much for making our experience good and memorable. We were the 2 girls in the 3rd tier that had ran into some issues with 2 other ladies who were intoxicated and she kindly moved us down to the floor 3 rows from the stage! It was a great experience! Rascal Flatts put on an amazing show and the first responders that were recognized deserved to be honored in such an amazing way! Thank you for the privilege.
The center itself is very nice, seating and accommodations great BUT NOT a great place for Rock Concerts. Attended the Doobies concert and people were afraid to stand up and enjoy themselves! The musicians were trying to encourage people to stand, get involved but you never know at Dr Phillips if your going to get an Usher coming around to tell you sit down!
