This was our second time at the Center. Both times have been spectacular! Even with the fire alarm evacuation.�

The movie and orchestra music were both wonderful- the staff were friendly. After an unfortunate Fire event forced the entire theater to empty to the street for about 45 minutes- we returned to no water in the bathrooms (to wash or flush) but the refreshments were available and the theater was reseated. The show re-started and 10 minutes later the INTERMISSION showed on the screen- and the band left the stage! The show was about 1 hr. behind schedule already. About 1/2 the audience left. My only complaint is that, despite trash cans specifically marked for recycling, an employee told me the Center does not recycle. Everything from all the cans jut goes in the dumpster.

This is a beautiful facility. The way it has been designed makes just about any seat in the house a good one. The acoustics were really good and really showcased "The Piano Guys" and the awesome show. The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. I've been here a few times and now I'm at least familiar with the parking and valet options. They can be quite confusing and difficult to access.
