Great shows. Beautiful facility. I love having this right down the road from my home.
This is an excellent venue for performing arts. The facility is gorgeous and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to figure out how to get a packed house through the concession lines during intermission. People need time to get a drink or snack and the lines are way too long.

Disclaimer: fire alarms went off during the show. One of the best customer service experiences I've had at a theatre! I was there when the fire alarm went off during the Harry Potter symphony and everyone was professional and quick on getting everyone out. They made games, was available for any question guests had, and were even willing to offer to help in any form that they could. I live in the Tampa area closer to Straz, but I may look into becoming season pass holders for this establishment!
