Didn’t even make it to the appointment . Cancelled it , because the secretary at the office the last 2 times - one named Paige / the other I can’t recall. Are rude and unprofessional, how could I trust their doctor near my 7 year old if the nurses are rude ? And can’t conduct themselves with patience , and kindness how can you trust a dentist around your child ? When there is already so much fear and dentistry for kids

I called today July 19th 2024 and left a voice message at 12:00 noon asking if they are accepting new patients who were on ODSP and that I had three cavities that needed to be attended to. And a half an hour later they called me back and said they're NOT accepting new patients with ODSP status! The receptionist said to try the new government program for people who need help with the dental care but they don't have it!

Haven't even been in to see this "specialist in autistic children" because his front staff can't get it together 😢 My 6 yr old is ASD, in total pain, needs emergency care and they have messed up 2 appts in a row, with my son getting no treatment. The first time we sat for over an hour before they even told us that we had to wait 2 more hours......
