Worst staff in any Medical practice I've ever experienced. They have a lot of nerve to call me regarding a patients bill, Very unprofessional (I am not, nor would I ever be a patient of this office) I've read horrible reviews on this practice, specifically the terror the child endured, and they wouldn't allow her mother to be present in the room with her. I think this dentist should reconsider what staff he has working for him. If I could give a -10 I would!
Didn’t even make it to the appointment . Cancelled it , because the secretary at the office the last 2 times - one named Paige / the other I can’t recall. Are rude and unprofessional, how could I trust their doctor near my 7 year old if the nurses are rude ? And can’t conduct themselves with patience , and kindness how can you trust a dentist around your child ? When there is already so much fear and dentistry for kids

I called today July 19th 2024 and left a voice message at 12:00 noon asking if they are accepting new patients who were on ODSP and that I had three cavities that needed to be attended to. And a half an hour later they called me back and said they're NOT accepting new patients with ODSP status! The receptionist said to try the new government program for people who need help with the dental care but they don't have it!
