Beware -- this Blue Shield of California network provider refuses to accept patients through Covered California. I made a phone appt; they said nothing about this policy. I showed up for the appt. 2 weeks later with my Blue Shield Enhanced PPO card and they refused to take me. They had said nothing over the phone, and acted like it was on me to specify that my Blue Shield coverage is connected to Covered California. I pay EXTRA for an Enhanced PPO.
