I agree that most of the doctors are ok, but there are a couple with no bedside manner, just down right rude. Thinking they are so much smarter the you are. The office billing department is the WORST! I don't know how many times they get it wrong and don't even apologize! Going elsewhere!
Always on time, pleasant staff and the Drs don’t beat around the bush. They are very straight forward and get you the help you need
Horrible service. Frequent issues with billing where they submitted the wrong code so I had to pay even for a normal annual physical. Countless hours spent on the phone and they agreed to fix the problem only to be followed up by receiving more bills in the mail because they did not fix issues. My parents used to go there and quit for the same reason. My husband was exposed to Zica on a business trip and I'm pregnant.
