Dr. Baker and his staff are outstanding. They all are extremely gentle and patient. My daughter was in need of extensive dental work at a time when he was not accepting new patients. Our family dentist felt we needed to see a pediatric specialist. Dr. Baker graciously welcomed her. She received excellent care. It didn’t matter that she was on assistance at the time. She has been seeing him for the past 9 years. We very highly recommend him.

Our daughter has been Dr. Baker's patient for many years. Dr. Baker is unfailingly professional, kind, and patient. He is truly an outstanding doctor. We are very grateful that daughter is his patient.

We love Dr. Baker and his staff. They are knowledgable and caring. Dr. Baker always takes his time to explain things and answer any questions me or my kids might have. We feel so lucky to have a pediatric dentist like Dr. Baker right here in Oshkosh. I highly recommend Dr. Baker.

My family has been seeing Dr. Baker for years. Unfortunately over time it seems this office has stopped caring about their patients and only care about the money they make. The receptionist is very rude if you experience any kind of issue expect it to be your fault. If your family is on any kind of government assistance they will treat you as a lesser patient people with money come first. If you are looking for are dentist that cares about your children and your family this is not the place.

If I could give no stars I would! Our poor kiddo had painful cavities that kept him out of school 6 days off and on for 6 weeks because we had to repeatedly come in before his appointment date. The receptionist laughed when we said he was up all night, that we were all up all night. My husband and I work 100+ hrs a week between us and going night after night without sleep is not ok. Bigger issue is our young son is in pain. They will not get him in!

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
