Son had TBI with prompt craniotomy by Dr Tally. I do have medical experience & found Dr Tally receptive to my knowledge of my sons potential course of treatment. He was open to discussing diagnostics and treatment plans. His responsive actions we’re responsible for a good recovery for my son. We worked as a team, allowing for a good outcome. I appreciate a physician who communicates with family. In our situation, Dr Tally was our best advocate for my sons recovery. Recommended.

The doctor said my issues were not that bad with my back. Then he read the MRI and CT, was surprised to see a 'dark disc' and he told me I had a previous fracture to my L5. That was news to me. He admitted I had issues to be addressed but he could not help me. Then I read my report. What he discussed in person was not what he put in the report. And then the report said he evaluated other issues, which he never did. It was almost as if he was making it out to seem like I am making up my pain and issues, despite tests that ack... read more

Dr. Tally performed a delicate surgery on my son. In three days he was able to stand and walk !! Dr Tally went out of his way to make sure my son had everything he needed for speedy discharge. Thanks to him, my son will have a remarkable recovery from a very serious accident. Thank you to a fine surgeon and staff.

Dr. Tally is one of the best Neurosurgeons in town. He performed a surgery on me regarding a cyst inside my head. He tells you what it is and what is to be done. I am so grateful ?? that I have him as my Surgeon. I feel like I owe my life to him. He is also very kind and so are his Staff.

Dr Tally was there for me after I suffered a TBI in May, 2018. I think he is hugely responsible for my complete recuperation. He is the most honest, forthright, waste no time, get to the solution doctor I have. Dr Tally is an amazing physician who cares about the positive outcome with his guidance and caring insight.

In August of 2019 Dr. Philip Tally performed a corpectomy on my wife. We were told the surgery went well by Dr. Tally. Unfortunately, the paid did not go away. We went back for follow exams several times. Each time we got new X-Rays and were told “It will just take a while until the benefits of the surgery are realized”. We were told this could take up to a year. It has not been 13 months since her surgery and she has never been in more pain. Her tingling is worse then ever and she is losing more strength in her arms. She wa... read more

Went to Dr. Tally with back pain due to a herniated disc. He suggested a laminectomy as the only way to solve the problem. I agreed. Three months later the pain was even greater and I now had weakness in my left leg, which was not the case before. He suggested another surgery, a fusion. I agreed and 1 year later I continue with pain and have lost strength and accuracy when I step on my left leg. I deeply regret having agreed to the surgeries. The pain I originally had was not as bad as this.

I've seen Dr Tally since 2005 . I wouldn't trust another Doctor to operate on my back but him.. he's the best! He explains everything !
