Two of my kids had braces here in the past. We like Dr Cooper but it's been a fiasco to deal w the office in general. The braces CONSTANTLY pop off. Like five minutes after we leave. Billing is always confused about where are payments should be applied - it's a mess. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. They act like they are doing US a favor. I would Avoid getting braces here unless you want to deal with the hassle.

In 2014,I received crowns from Dr. Cooper. I have had major swelling from one of the crown. I have had to go to ER and take antibiotics. I finally consulted and scheduled appointment. On my visit I explained to him what had taken place. I received an x-ray, a treatment plan, a bill for 120.00 and was told that it was mother nature that was causing my problem. Im still having same swelling and severe soreness. Problem still exists. Very disappointed!

I have TMJ and TN,because of not being able to take care of my teeth I have had several pulled,and when I went to get some cavities fixed,Dr. Cooper was very understanding,and now I'm getting partials.He was the first dentist to suggest partials to me.I am getting a new NTI device from him as well.He is very caring and is working with my insurance company!I would recommend him to anyone embarrassed about the condition of their teeth.His staff is also friendly and caring as well!
