Dr Tong came recommended by my nephew and I'm grateful that he did. My whole experience at Dermatology Junction was positive, from the initial consultation. Dr Tong and his team were always friendly and professional. The light therapy procedure was explained thoroughly and the sessions really helped. The Practice Manager/ Reception team were also welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending Dermatology Junction.
Went to see Dr Tong with my daughter. He showed us to a room then disappeared for a few minutes came back asked what the problem was then disappeared again. When he returned he said he was reading the referral. He then asked my daughter if she wanted a script for Roaccutane without assessing her skin. Told her to come back in 2 months. Didn’t even offer other options. And didn’t discuss the side affects until I asked. Pretty poor service when we are paying a small fortune to see an expert. Very disappointed.
Dr Phillip Tong put my 15 y.o son on accutane nearly 2 years ago even though he had minimal acne. It’s for severe acne only. Phillip advised that he put my son it this terrible drug not for his acne but for his mental health! Wow, great work Doc! It can give people depression but I’m sure you already know this… You keep giving him referrals even though it’s been nearly 2 years and he doesn’t need it! Do you get commission on this?
