Was not impressed with the rushed impersonal care from Dr P Tong…
I was there 2 times and each time went out disappointed. Well-earned 1 star.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience. My son was treated by Dr. Tong for acne with Roaccutane over a period of approximately 12 months. During that time, consultations were often very brief, despite the significant consultation fees. One phone consultation lasted only a couple of minutes, and in-person appointments were generally under 10 minutes. In December, Dr. Tong requested blood tests. A very disappointing experience. Dr Tong has been treating my son’s acne for an extended period. We have had several appointments that have taken 5 minutes with the main objective simply writing another script with little to no engagement or explanation. At our recent appointment I had to prompt him about my son’s blood tests to which his only reply was “they were good”. I asked about their purpose and he said they are fine and I’ll write another script. I also asked how much longer he would be on the medication and he was d... read more
