An absolute disgrace of a doctor. VERY dismissive of all of your issues, does not let you speak at all, his attitude is very arrogant. I waited two months to see him and he shut me up every time I tried to explain what I am experiencing. I am having frequent fainting syncope episodes and he made me walk in a straight line and told me I was fine and didn't need an MRI. I beg kicked and screamed for an MRI and results show I have a 14mm mass on my pineal gland. I found the results on my chart and I have been trying to get a ho... read more

Was referred by my neurosurgeon, waited 6 weeks for appointment. The scheduled time for my appt was 2:30. On the day of the appt I received a call from Dr. Micalizzi's office at 1PM asking me if I could come in at 2:00 because he had a cancellation. I arrived at 1:45 filled out new patient paperwork and was taken into exam room at approx 1:55. Nurse took my vitals and asked a few questions and then told me that the Dr. would be coming in a few minutes. 45 minutes later NO DOCTOR! I located a staff member to question why I ha... read more

Complete waste of time. He doesn’t listen to you. What will always stay with me was when he removed a safety pin from a desk draw opened it up and dragged it up and down my calf. Had to see another doctor to have a proper EMG preformed.

I have seen him in the past, and had a good experience, however tis last visit in 2020, I felt rushed. He kept cutting me off while I was talking and seemed dismissive of my symptoms. l was not happy when I left. He had offered to set up an MRI for me but I felt like he only did it to shut me up. I felt like I was being treated like a hypochondriac, but I have had 2 spinal surgeries and I have horrible sciatica.

Business response:

Dr Micalizzi is an excellent physician and an expert in his field. He gives a very thorough examination and allows you to be a partner in your care. I have been going to him for years for migraines, he is extremely knowledgeable about new medications and treatments now available. He is extremely kind , caring and thoughtful. He spends alot of time listening to concerns and answering questions. He is one of the nicest Doctors I have ever met , I highly recommend. Responsive and friendly office staff .

He is the absolute worse! I told him all of my symptoms and he said it’s too much to be a actual sickness instead he diagnosed me with depression. I had to beg for an MRI which proved my suspicion of Lyme disease. This man is rude and his office is dirty.

Don't waste your time a complete nightmare waited two months to see this doctor anxiously as my spouse is in extreme pain. Within less than two minutes of my spouse talking to him Dr. kept cutting him off and did not care what my husband had to say. At that point I knew it was going to be a big mistake going there. Doctor had some testing done, mri's came back twice never addressed all of the issues and my husband was discharged. Called to speak with someone in charge nothing they could do.
