Very good doctor but very abrupt, I didn't think he had a good bedside manner. Maybe he was having a bad day

My father is diabetic, he had removed something from his foot and now it’s turned into an ulcer. His toe is turning black and blue and the doctor still says it is pressure. I went to the hospital with my dad because so much skin is gone from his foot that it has gone down to the tendon and there is exposed tendon now. I’m worried he will lose his foot because Dr. Leliever had been insisting it’s not infected but now my dad is being told at the hospital it is and he is on IV antibiotics.
