This Dr was excellent. He explained my procedure very well to me was very patient with my questions.
Well this is for the office manager. 3 times messed up my husband's affairs in a year. Today made him sit there for 30 mins then to tell him Dr was at other location. They called us two days ago to confirm his appt for Washington. Time for a new manager and or appt scheduler. I already told the Dr once last time about the scheduling and lack of getting refills .
