What they say about Dr. Michaelson's manner is true. Not good.
The office staff is the worst. The policy they have of having to pre-pay when you have 2 insurance is ridiculous. They also did not tell me when making the initial appointment they do not even bill the second insurance it is my responsibility. We did not find that out until after the fact. Now they have the overpayment that is our money and cannot get it back. They demand that we pay before the visit but they have not had the decency to refund us. The office manage is extremely rude!!
Not even sure why I was worried before I went since the appointment went quickly and painlessly for the procedure that I had to have done. The Doctor explained it all ahead of time and the office staff was just as kind and friendly. So glad that I left there feeling confident that if I ever have to go back, I am in good hands.
I was referred to Dr. Michaelson by my regular dentist. Dr. Michaelson and his staff were professional, courteous and efficient in completing my treatment. My after-treatment experience was excellent, as well. Dr. Michaelson's professionalism removed all anxieties, regarding having a root canal procedure.
Doctor Michaelson is wonderful. When I first came to him I had been having a lot of painful complications from my crowns. I had been dealing with multiple dentists and endodontists for a year trying to figure out what was going on. He made the correct diagnosis and after a couple procedures my pain greatly subsided. Very Professional and Efficient
Exceptional experience!
Quick and pain free. Dr. Michaelson made sure I understood the procedure and checked my comfort level often during it. He did a great job and I appreciated the follow-up call. Staff were all very pleasant and efficient. State of the art equipment - if he recommends a 3D x-ray be sure to say yes!
Wait time was short. Very thorough exam. Ended up not needing root canal. Many docs would have dove it any way. Busy office with multiple rooms but when doc was with you, you felt like he had your full attention
