Pleasant atmosphere, although on our first appointment we waited for over a half an hour to be seen. Dr. Joseph was nice, but because of the nature and out of pocket cost for what they said I needed done I decided to get another consultation. The other orthodontist I saw was clear that the issue wasn't as urgent as Dr.Joseph's office made it seem. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. I had braces for 5 YEARS here, and my teeth were not that bad. I had a gap in the front and a slight underbite. He insisted that I wear HEADGEAR to sleep in middle school, and I cried every night because it HURT. I then had springs, and bands, and everything else imaginable. My sister went here as well, and he took her braces off after two years, only to later insist that he shouldn't have and that she needed them back on for another year and a half. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
