Great first impression! Waiting area clean and relatively comfortable. Saw me at my appointment time. Staff was very professional at every level. Medical staff explained my condition and options in a way I could understand Treatment given during this visit was effective.
Great Doctor explains all very clearly
They are always very informative by answering all questions above and beyond in such a way that my 6 year old can understand. I would recommend them to all who is in need of a physician of that kind.
I had 2 hip replacements, but follow-up has been horrible. I was told to come back in a year by the assistant who saw me, but the desk refused to let me make an appointment. I finally went to my local doctor who scheduled an xray to make sure the bones were OK. I have a lot of pain and at my expense, I see another person who is trying to help me. I am having some definite problems where I had 2 at the space they meet. Dr. Branson is a great physician, but he needs to monitor his employees. I don't think he even knew I tried ... read more
Why leave a comment if there not going to let you speak your mind three surgery’s sliced open twice like filleting the fish would not give meds could not fix shoulder is still the same can’t lift 20 pounds with it last option go WVU and get rebuilt that was what I was told zero??‘S
My surgical experience was fantastic, staff very friendly, helpful, and prompt. Dr Branson is an excellent physician and straightforward with his patients. I will highly recommend him to everyone.
Dr Branson was great with my surgery!! He came n & sit down to talk with me about the pain & left nothing unsaid..The day of my surgery he came n & talked to me & my husband told me around what time my surgery was going to be ..the day after my surgery he came in my room & sit down ask how I was feeling & what to expect when I went home .. I highly recommend him ..
