Dr Brandt is very approachable. He explains complicated medical issues clearly and patiently. He spends time answering questions and listens to me and my concerns
I would like to express my annoyance with your staff. I called in today to ask that my blood thinners be refilled as I am going out of town for 2 weeks and I leave early tomorrow morning. As you know you can not just stop this type of medication. I was told that I would have to come in to see you prior to my RX being refilled. I told them that would be impossible as I leave in the morning and that I would gladly make an appt. to come in when I return.
