I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and really answer my questions. I feel that they really value my health because they follow up even after my appointment . They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me.
The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
