It was a total failure - the surgery made my condition significantly worse. Kip. is a very dishonest Doctor. Uses other people medical records to paid by the insurance companies.
In 2009 I was fed up with back pain. My GP said “Don’t do it”. Everyone warned me “No back surgery”. I visited Dr Phelps and told him I’m open to surgery. Lumbar fusion L4-L5. My sister was going to have the exact same surgery but she lives in Fresno, California and surprisingly has worked in hospitals since 1972. Based on our surgeries, my sister’s operation did not work.
