August 26th, 2024. I was told that the Shockwave and decompression treatments would be reimbursed by my insurance and I had to pay $3,400 dollars up front. They lied! I filed all the insurance paperwork, was denied and doctors office won't even call me back. Do NOT use Wakeman Chiropratic, they say they're affiliated with Avnet, they're not. The treatment products they peddle are not covered by insurance.
