Worst Dr ever! don't waste your time or copay. He is extremely cold with no bedside manner. Every time ive gone in he never looks me in the eye, when I talk to him he sits behind his computer typing away. He talks about other patient's business. Extremely unprofessional, the only thing welcoming is the fish tank and plants. Its always so hard to even get a hold of the receptionist to schedule an appt! Even if you're on time for your appt be prepared to wait @ least 30mins

I've been Dr Tiernan's patient for past 4 years and I find Dr Tiernan very caring and worries about everyones well being, his office is very well kept and organized, not to mention all his staffs are very polite and professional. since I've been his patient, he has recommend colonoscopy and endoscopy test, which save me from colon cancer (found 12 cancer causing pulps) plus many more test to help me stay healthy and prevent from any kind of ailments. Two thumbs up for Dr Tiernan!

I came here looking for Dr Tiernan email but was appalled by all the negative comments I saw Dr. Tiernan has been my primary for a long time now and I've never had any problems with him or his staff I think he's a great doctor he tries to get to know his patients and doesn't sugarcoat things but he's not rude about it and I've never waited more than a week to see him and I've never waited a long time in the lobby which a lot better than every other Dr office I've been too an the place is clean

I went in for what I thought would be a consultation appointment, only to be yelled at by this horrible man. He came in to the lobby asked me what kind of medication I was there for, when I tried to explain that I wanted to discuss a few options he looked at the clock and stated he didn't have time for discussion. And then yelled aging what did I want. This experience was so unprofessional and I can honestly say I have never been treated so poorly.

Rude, mean, doesn't listen or even try to help. Doesn't like kids and wanted me to leave my very young 3yr old child alone in the waiting room while I went back with him. Even his nurse warned me that he can seem mean and he IS! Dissmisive and unprofessional. Dont waste your time with Dr Tiernan unless you like being treated like a bother to him! Shame on you Dr T and not honoring your Hippocratic oath!

Very disappointed. Office is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I'm not sure why I explained symptoms to the nurse because he never looked at any of her notes. He brought me into his office, sat on the other side of his desk and started typing on his computer and said "why are you here?" Didn't seem to pay attention and was not helpful at all.

Dr. Tiernan is a great doctor. Haven't had such a great conversation with an MD in years. He listens and also does his research. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking primary doctor. His office is comfortable and the staff are very helpful. I consider myself very lucky to have him as my primary Dr., I have dealt with others who rather do medical discovery rather than listen to the patient. I suggest give him a chance, If it works out great..if not well at least you tried.

Talks about non related medical issues and Googles symptoms. If he can't find an explanation for your symptoms he writes prescriptions for random medications. Office is filthy as well.

Never attentive. Always talked about non medical related issues. Visits were very short. Was very mean at times.
