During the appointment, Dr. Pham's behavior was disconcerting on several levels. He consistently avoided making eye contact, which made me feel uneasy and disconnected from the consultation process. Additionally, his demeanor was excessively pushy and persistent. The office was clean and well designed. Right when I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed. They were very professional and helpful. I was scheduled for an eye exam for contacts. Dr. Pham was very knowledgeable and the examination was very thorough. Overall, an amazing experience! I would highly recommend!
If you want a practice that shows care and compassion and has accountability to patients then run far away from this provider. My first experience getting an eye prescription has been a journey of frustration and the practice has not apologized or even acknowledged the issues.
