I’ve been an optician for 10 years & this is the first doctor I’ve met that literally prescribes anything incorrectly just so people can spend more. Terrible 👎👎👎👎👎 there’s better doctors out there.
I have bad eyesight so I have been to numerous places throughout my years. I gave Dr Pham a chance. I’ve realized I keep resorting to my old glasses and not the last 3 “newer prescriptions” from Dr. Pham, bc I can simply see better out of the older ones from a different eye doctor. I remember the, “can u see 1 or 2 better” w Dr Pham and the lenses thru the exam is either faulty equipment….or user Dr Pham error bc I never saw “better”. Even throughout the exam itself. Nice place, we did the ortho-k examination, quite fast.
Dr Pham is a great! been with his office for a couple of years great customer service.
I would not recommend this optometry office next to LensCrafters in Gainesville Town Center. Be cautious — they try to upsell services, and when I simply asked for a copy of my prescription, they told me I had to come back in and pay $10 just to get it. That’s unreasonable, and you have a legal right to your prescription after an exam without extra charges. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else where they respect patients’ time and rights.
