Received a basic eye exam but insurance was billed for the same amount that had been charged the previous year, in which I received a comprehensive eye exam, dilation, and contact lenses fitting. Shady billing practice.
If you have vision insurance, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I could go into the nitty gritty of the absolutely horrible experience I had with this office and the staff but the point is if you choose to go to Dr. Pham, know what your benefits are BEFORE you go. The staff will tell you that you’re wrong, charge you for a “premium” lens fitting and ask for hundreds of dollars for contact lenses when you really only owe your copays. This office is SHADY and is everything that is wrong with our healthcar
