The website, his business card and any paperwork from them has a wrong phone number on it. And has been wrong for months! That is why you don't get a call back. You left a message on a phone line they don't have access to. Very frustrating!! So far, no issues with Dr Shih But fix the damn phone system!!
Dr. Shih is great but it's his staff that brings down the professionalism of caring for clients. They do not return phone calls. We'll be finding another dr.
Their office scheduled me for 2 appointments and each time I came in they had no record of scheduling me or why I was there. Dr. Shih wasn’t even there on the second scheduled appointment. Very typical of a White Wilson physician office. Dr. Vigo’s office was the same way.
D. Shih saw my wife for her hip. He was great, caring and informative. I Recomend Dr. Shih for any thing orthopedic.
