Been going here for 10+ years.
Dr. SantaLucia is a great guy and seems to know his stuff but I will say once he became part of Buffalo Medical Group, my experience has drastically changed. Wait times are normally more than 30 minutes and up to an hour, the ability to schedule appointments for issues has decreased and the level of customer service from the call center(I believe) is not great. He seems to really care about his patients though, just wish things were different logistically.
The staff and Dr. Santa Lucia are kind and thorough. Their efficiency in booking appointments and having a minimal wait is always appreciated.
The staff here are so kind. The nurse who attended to me went out of her way to make me comfortable and explained all procedures and follow up care thoroughly. I highly recommend.
