It's hard when the negative part of the experience always stands out over the good parts. I do have a partial positive thing to say too, I'll make sure to share. I did not have a cell phone for about 4 months so I did not get the reminder of my 6 month dental cleaning appointment. I was charged the $50 missed appointment fee. I'm a fan of this office and their services. Last month, December, I had a deep cleaning and 3 fillings done. Unfortunately, the relief was short-lived, lasting only 4-5 days, and then my bottom tooth started hurting badly. When I returned, I was told I need to see a specialist, which would require an additional out-of-pocket payment. This is frustrating for us, as we can't afford to spend money freely. Doctor Moore is the worst Dentist I’ve ever dealt with! I would not recommend him to my biggest enemy, very rude, messes up on the crowns of your teeth and blames it on the doctor for who did your implants. Very opinionated and would not listen to you when you explain what you want. Would not let you talk to the people who are making your teeth.
