Terrible experience. Front-desk person is incredibly unhelpful and rude, and Dr. Reidy herself is condescending and unpleasant. When I called several months later for a follow-up question on my prescription, they demanded I visit in person even though this was never an issue at my previous optometrist. I think they were trying to upsell me on glasses through their shop. Please, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
Terrible experience all around. My original appointment was rescheduled because I arrived 7 minutes late, then I was made to wait 15 minutes at the start of my second appointment despite being the only patient in the shop. Normally a wait time would be fine, but it seemed very ironic that they stressed the importance of being on time when I arrived a few minutes late.
