After waiting over 30 minutes on hold the woman who answered the phone, not only could not help me, but was super disrespectful. She continually cut me off would not listen at all to what I needed. She’s apparently managing for doctors and could not find me or couldn’t take the time to find me one appointment with any of the doctors. She told me I had to call back every day. Who has the time to wait 30 minutes on hold every morning?
I debated strabismus surgery for a bit and then met Dr. Rabiah. He is fantastic. He provided the information I needed to make an informed decision. Part of that decision comes with one’s comfort level with the surgeon. I felt great confidence with Dr. Rabiah and it was warranted. I am thrilled with the outcome and cannot thank him enough.

Good dr. Terrible office and scheduling. We’re there for hours. Anytime you are dealing with children, you need to prep the patient to plan accordingly. Very frustrating.
Dr. Rabiah has been caring for my 14 year old daughter with Down syndrome since she was an infant. He is awesome in every aspect of his ability to deal with a patient who obviously likes him, but won't hesitate to let the entire office know she is not down with eye drops. :)
After taking my daughter to another pediatric ophthalmologist for 4 years and seeing no significant improvement in her progress we decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Rabiah. After 9 months of observation Dr. Rabiah performed surgery to correct her strabismus. Now her eyes are perfectly straight, she has regained some of her depth perception because her eyes can effectively work together. She is excelling in school because she can finally see all thanks to this amazing surgeon!
