I know the doctor here is good, but I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I had an appointment booked for my child. I had to pick my child up after school and ended up arriving just over 10 minutes late. I tried calling the clinic to let them know, but no one answered. When I arrived, the receptionist told me my appointment had already been cancelled because the clinic was too busy to call me back. Dr Peter Quang Pham had been our family doctor 2 decades now. We do not mind waiting on delays, because we understand that Doctor need time to care for his patients. My elderly parents is very frail with poor mobility at their 80s and required flu vaccine. Dr Peter Quang was patient and went out to my car parked close to his clinic and gave the flu vaccine to my parent. I am very grateful on his health services. I wish Doctor and his family with great health and much appreciated for your health care. Again thank you.
Dr. Pham has been our family GP for many years and holds all of our medical records. He is an exceptionally gentle and caring practitioner who takes the time to listen attentively and thoroughly address all aspects of his patients' medical concerns. However, the manner in which this clinic is operated is deeply concerning. The scheduling practices are unrealistic and inefficient.
