My child has been seeing this doctor for five years. The doctor is excellent—kind, gentle, and truly cares about patients. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the reception staff. It is often difficult to get a suitable appointment, and even after arriving on time, we are regularly left waiting for one to two hours or more. I know the doctor here is good, but I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I had an appointment booked for my child. I had to pick my child up after school and ended up arriving just over 10 minutes late. I tried calling the clinic to let them know, but no one answered. When I arrived, the receptionist told me my appointment had already been cancelled because the clinic was too busy to call me back.
