He gave a class of drugs I had stated I wished to avoid. He left in an ungrafted root/tooth chunk that another dentist found. No offer to remove/graft at a discount, or better yet, free. I paid out of pocket to have another fix it. He knew I was in medicine and made no extra effort. A post procedure scout film would have taken 30 seconds.

This office insists on being 30 minutes early to appointments but every time I’ve had to sit in the waiting room until after my original appointment time. Additionally, they provide me with cost breakdowns/estimates on one visit and then they add other costs without consent. This is not after the bill has been run by my insurance, it is a lack of transparency and full charges from the onset.

I have had the worst experience with any kind of dentist/ oral surgeon in the past Dr. Nelson and his staff are amazing. All are very personable and listen to you. I received Amazing treatment and my procedure was fast and efficient. From the day I first to today, when I had my oral surgery nothing but too tier treatment and care.

Dr Nelson is a caring surgeon who is really interested in his patients' health. I was terrified of having a chunk cut out of my tongue for a biopsy. Although it was an unpleasant experience, Dr Nelson got me through the necessary stuff and made it bearable. Thanks to him and his entire staff!

I've had 2 procedures with Dr. Nelson and both times have received GREAT results - Appreciate his expertise very much. Highly recommended !
