It’s difficult to share this, but I had an experience very similar to Kasey’s. The communication was condescending, and I was made to feel inadequate for simply being a concerned parent trying to understand my child’s situation. There was a noticeable lack of bedside manner, and it felt uncomfortable to ask questions without being met with impatience. I’ve been informed that retirement is planned for June, and based on my experience, it seems appropriate.
He was rude, unhelpful, stubborn, wouldn’t even listen to my concerns and even my 5 year old said as we were leaving what a nasty man that was!
The team there are amazing - they really took the time to engage with my daughter prior to her prick test and made her feel comfortable before starting. Dr Kristidis has been so helpful, patient and has given so much time to discuss and answer all my questions. Highly recommend.
