Poorly run practice. The receptionist treats you like an interruption to her day. Doctor may know his stuff but I had to ring three times and speak to the receptionist to get a return call from him.

An awful practice full of awful people who fail their patients over and over again. If you are referred here, beg your referring doctor to send you somewhere else.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Johnson for around 12 months and have always found him to be excellent — professional, caring, and genuinely invested in his patients. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his administrative staff, Lea(h). For over two months, I’ve been trying to get a simple referral to an immunologist, as requested by Dr Johnson himself. I’ve been a patient of Dr Johnson for five years, and while I appreciate his expertise, I’ve found the overall experience increasingly frustrating. Appointments often run significantly behind schedule, which can be difficult to manage and at times feels quite disrespectful of patients’ time. Additionally, I’ve consistently encountered issues with the front desk staff.
