I’ve been a patient of Dr Johnson for five years, and while I appreciate his expertise, I’ve found the overall experience increasingly frustrating. Dr Johnson is great, understanding and thorough. He explains reasonings behind treatment plans and is happy to work beside other specialists to come up with the best approach. I'm very picky with my medical care teams, but I'm very happy to have him on my case. Losing one star unfortunately for his abrupt receptionist. A lovely and empathetic man who explained everything so clearly.
My dad had a very bad experience here with the two women receptionists this afternoon were very unkind and made him feel very uncomfortable and upset, they continued to talk about him to each other when he could hear them. Dr Johnston receptionist was very kind to him and made him feel better after she realised the other two were rude.
Great doctor, great bloke. He fixed my gout problem.
