I had good experiences with all of the staff and Dr. Polack did an amazing job. Very happy with the results.
Dr. Polack is very capable, thorough, and professional. He even called me the night of the surgery to see how I was doing.
Dr. Polack was very accurate with his diagnosis of my eyes conditions. His coordination and scheduling of the 2 needed surgery's and required pretest for the surgery while satisfying the insurance carrier's time constraints to avoid any unnecessary out of pocket expense. The surgery was done at the Ocala eye surgery center where another great staff was on hand. both surgeries went like clock work w/the results that were expected. I had a wonderful experience with my cataract surgery with Dr. Polack
I recently had a corneal debridement for irregular erosion's that caused awful pain and very distorted vision. I can see better today than i have in many many years. I just played by best game of golf! Very thankful.
It literally changed my life. The surgery and recovery were a piece of cake. Before surgery, I was having to put drops in my eyes every couple hours and now after surgery , I do not have to use drops. It has given my freedom back
