Beyond elated!!!
Going into this surgery I was terrified and Dr Polack and his caring team put me at ease with their calm, professional, explanation of the process. They walked me through the experience step by step with a kindness and concern. They listened and answered any questions. Dr. Polack even called me at home to check in after surgery. Thanks to him and his team, I am experiencing a new world of brilliant colors and clarity of vision!
Ocala Eye was extremely organized and efficient with regard to appointment scheduling, testing and follow up during multiple office visits prior to and following cataract surgery. Dr Polack and staff helped me determine the proper lens to replace my defective lenses based on their tests and evaluation. The Cataract procedure takes about 20 minutes, and the team makes you very comfortable through it all. Thanks to Dr, Polack and his team.
