Dr. Morris is a man of few words; however, his professional expertise and direct manner are the primary reasons I am a patient at his practice. Although the Heath Brook facility is large, it is a highly functioning, efficient organization. The receptionists, technicians and assistants are pleasant, courteous, professional, and willing to answer all questions. The common areas, as well as the individual assessment rooms, are clean and uncluttered.
Always pleased with Dr. Morris care.
OVERALL OFFICE IS EFFICIENT AND POLITE.
This was my 2nd visit with Dr. Polack. I think he's very well trained but has a problem with listening to me. The 1st time I saw him I mentioned that I was having double vision but NO response. None. This most recent visit I, again, mentioned that I was having occasional double vision and again, he ignored me and left the room after a less than 10 minute visit. As always it was a pleasure from check in thru out. Everyone very courteous and helpful. Dr. Morris is great. He explains everything to you in a very nice manner.
