At first he gave me the impression he knew my condition. Then I realized he told me what I needed to hear. He listens.
Very attentive and professional. Although he is not my PCP, he treated me with compassionate care. No long wait. I've heard nothing but good things about Dr Cristiano from many others.
I would give this office a 0 if I could. My husband has been a patient there for nearly 30 years, went in for his pre op appointment for a needed surgery and they refused him due to his insurance. They wouldn’t even let him pay out of pocket for the visit so he doesn’t have cancel the surgery. To top it off, they asked Dr Christian’s if he would make an exception this once so he could get medical clearance and he refused even though he has been his doctor for years. What an absolute disgrace to the medical community
An EXTREME CASE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! After being a patient of this practice for over 30 years, the complete lack of empathy and service today was disgusting. I had an appt for today for a preop visit to clear me for a surgery in two weeks. Upon providing my insurance card I was told that they don’t accept my new insurance because it is a state program.
