I got a reminder call the day before my appointment. I arrived exactly on time at 9:00.and April checked me. I sat in the waiting room with other 2 people they got called and more patients came in. They got called in ahead me and now it’s 9:30a. I waited another 10 minutes now a 40 minute wait before I went to the window. I asked why I am waiting for 45 minutes while others go ahead of me? This is the dental practice to be at! I used to have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist-but nonsense I have come to this practice. Dr Pete and his entire staff are kind and caring. The office is clean and welcoming.
