This doctor used to listen. Haven’t been to him in years and I bragged about him to a pcp recently as I really needed help. I decided to contact the office to schedule an appointment. At the he basically looks over questionnaire and is cold. Not open to listening. Just starts blurting out things, not listening, and the entire appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. Very insensitive. I do not recommend him.
Good Doctor. Office Staff rude and disrespectful. You would think a psychiatrist would have staff that would be more understanding and more polite but unfortunately this is not the case.
Solid Doctor! Really knows his stuff and accurate in diagnosis and treatment!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ly for over 10 years and I’m so happy to have found him. I’ve been seen by several psychiatrist before him and the medications never seemed to help. He was patient with me and we soon discovered the perfect combination of meds for my needs. I am now a more productive member of society, a better mom, and wife.
