TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS. If you want to pay $10k for nothing but scarring, go to peter brownrigg. Had revision rhinoplasty with him 4-5 years ago. Like everyone else, same story. I recently had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Brownrigg, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! At our first consultation, he was very straightforward and casual, which initially made me a bit nervous given how significant the procedure felt. Unfortunately I have almost the exact experience as the client below me. I like Dr. B as a person and found him friendly but unfortunately my results are unsatisfactory. I have had 4 cortisone injections since my septorhinoplasty in January 2023 trying to reduce a bump formed on the left side of my nose after the procedure. The tip is not even close to meeting mine or his (according to 3d imaging) expectations.
