Reception can barely answer the phones or respond to any of my emails, charged me $200 for photos to be taken, tried to tell me i needed a release form signed for my x-rays to be sent to my new dentist saying it was 'protocol', which neither the dentist or the Dentaview knew about. Dentaview sent my OPG straight to my new dentist without a question. Found somewhere else half the price and much better service. Dr Jim Loutas ... what a legend !! My former dentist replaced an old filling that at the time didn’t cause me any problems but they recommended to replace following a routine X-ray. I trusted them and they replaced it but I experienced severe tooth sensitivity - couldn’t eat or crunch hard on that side of my mouth. I complained and they replaced it but it was worse. Doesn't over charge, doesn't do unnecessary work, honest, informative and reliable. He's now our regular dentist.
