HE WAS FUNNY, COMICAL AND LIKE THE REST OF LAKELAND TAKE NOTHING SERIOUS, AND THUS THE REASON MOST PEOPLE HAVE TO LEAVE THE AREA FOR CARE. JUST AMAZING THE STRUGGLE GETTING HEALTHCARE THAT DOESNT DISREGARD PEOPLE. SO MANY HAVE TO GO OUT OF TOWN, MANY FIND THEMSELVES IN CRITICAL CONDITIONS - IGNORED IN THIS AREA. JUST GO OUT OF TOWN FIRST - SPARE YOURSELVES THE JOKES ARENT WORTH TIME OR THE MONEY
Not bad for small area.
Dr. Spencer has been caring for my husband for the last 5 1/2 years as he's a stroke/seizure patient. He is a very caring and concerned Doctor and we are so grateful to have him with us on this long and tedious journey. Sadly he cannot come into the hospital so we are at their mercy when new seizures occur but the hospitalists for the most part have been wonderful and have consulted with Dr. Spencer re plan of treatment. Incompetent!
Dr. Spencer would not treat me for a scheduled treatment/procedure because I could not wear my mask over my nose due to my disability of PTSD from being violently raped over & over again as a child. There is no compassion left in the medical field, only tyranny and control.
Dr. Spencer is amazing. He is kind and listens to you. Answered all of my questions. Receptionist Rose was another story. I called to ask a question. She was very rude. She kept repeating herself like I didn't understand what she was saying. She refused to provide an answer to my question, saying the office didn't deal with it.
Dr. Spencer in an office visit is exceptional. If anything is needed between appointments, it is very difficult to get any assistance from his office staff or get a response from him. I wish between office visits was as rewarding and caring as in office visits
The staff , excellent, Rose super helpful, Dr . Spencer the best I have seen for medical assistance with my migraines. Informative, knowledgeable, experienced and one of the best bedside disposition personalitys experienced . Thank you !
