I love Dr. Allotey and Ms. Green, Ms. Green saved my life and help me control my blood pressure. The staff needs a lot of work. I have been a practice manager over 15 years and the way everything falls through the cracks and medication not been called in for weeks and calling the office and not receiving a callback is ridiculous. My records were sent to the office, only to be ignored. This place is ghetto and the staff is horrible. I’ve read other reviews and see a consistent theme about the unprofessional staff. Perhaps Allotey is wonderful but how would one know when the gatekeepers are rude and ignorant. Ugh, when trying to support your own goes wrong!
Dr. Allotey is a wonderful doctor. However his office staff is not. I finally got someone to answer the phone after calling multiple times. The phone is either turned over to where no one answers or says leave a message and when you get to the the voicemail box it is full. Mrs. Green is rude as well. I asked to speak with an office manager concerning error in coding on their part. She never came to the phone. The receptionist smacked in my ear with no help.
